Quotes & payment
Prices on this website are indicative starting points. A final scope, timeline and price are confirmed in writing before work begins, typically with a deposit and a balance due on delivery or at agreed milestones.
Intellectual property
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may reference completed work in our own portfolio unless a client requests otherwise.
Liability
We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested work but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of any website or third-party service it depends on.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
