Definitions & Limits
What counts as an image replacement?
Replacing an existing image in an existing website component with a ready-to-use image you supply. You must have the necessary usage rights for any image you provide. Minor resizing or cropping may be included if it fits within the monthly time allowance. Not included: creating new galleries, adding new image sections, professional retouching, AI image generation, extensive image editing, layout redesign or bulk product image management.
What counts as a short text edit?
An edit to an existing heading, short paragraph, service description or similar content item — generally up to 100 words — using content you supply or approve. Not included: writing new articles, full website copywriting, SEO copywriting, translation, large-scale rewriting or creating new pages or sections.
How do the monthly allowances work?
Limits apply per website, per month. Image, text and time limits all apply simultaneously — the stated image and text counts are maximum quantities within the included time allowance, not separate guaranteed allowances. Unused minutes, images or text edits do not roll over to the next month. Work beyond any limit requires prior approval and is billed separately.

A revision round means reasonable adjustments to an already approved concept. A complete change of concept, script, visual direction, character, or project scope is not considered a minor revision and may require additional payment.

Production times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery deadlines. The production schedule begins after the project brief, required materials, and applicable approvals are received.
Client Materials
Clients must have the necessary rights to reference photographs, brand assets, product images, and other materials they provide. For AI portraits involving real people, appropriate consent is required.
Commercial Usage
